  • 6 pork chops
  • 3 parsnips-1/2" slice
  • 1 onion-sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp all-spice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 medium apple cut into 1/4 inch wedges

Step 1

Brown pork chops over medium heat. Place parsnips and onion over pork. Mix everything except apples and pour over pork. Heat to boiling then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Arrange apples over and cook for 3 more minutes.
