Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1/3 cup cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer cauliflower in water with the cream added to it. When very soft, drain thoroughly. Blend in processr with cream cheese, butter and salt. Process until smooth. This may take several batches.
