Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 c celery
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 garlic pod
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 lb shrimp, crab, chicken or combination of
- 1/2 can cream of celery soup
- 1.2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic in butter until soft. Add meat and cook until almost done. Add soups and parsley. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes and serve over rice
