Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
strawberry jam
12 uncooked tart shells

Preparation

Step 1

Drop 1 tsp. jam in bottom of each uncooked tart shell. Mix all other ingredients together until moist, fill tart shells with mixture and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
