  • 1 pkg. (18 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough, room temperature
  • 2 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract or other flavoring
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut cookie dough into 8 pieces. With electric mixer, combine cookie dough pieces and cream cheese. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until dough is smooth.

scoop dough by the tbs. and roll into about 36 balls.

in a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on cookie cooling rack.
