Ingredients
- 1 pound butter, softened
- 2 pounds creamy peanut butter
- 3 (1-pound) packages confectioners' sugar
- 2 ro 3 square chocolate almond bark
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the butter and peanut butter in a large bowl. Add the confectioners' sugar gradually; the dough will be stiff. Knead small amounts of the dough at a time. Roll into balls the size of large marbles. Chill for 10 minutes.
Microwave the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until melted. Stir to mix. Dip the balls in the almond bark. Place on waxed paper. Let stand for 10 minutes or until firm. Chill until serving time.
