Ingredients
- 1 pkg brownie mix (13 x 9 inch pan size)
- 4 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 square semis sweet baking chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Prepare brownie as directed on package and bake 25 minutes, or until top is shiny and center is almost set.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until well blended. ADd sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed aftger each addition. Gently pour over brownie layer. Fillng will come almost to thte top of the pan.
Bake 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over the cake.
