Cream Horns

Step 1

Roll puff pastry to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut dough into 1 inch wide strips and brush with water. Roll dough onto cannoli tubes; wet side up. Dip horns in coarse sugar. Place horns onto a tray and let rest 1 hour before baking. Bake at 375 degrees until golden.
