Pecan Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 14 oz. package butterscotch instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

Press dough into the sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix pudding, corn syrup, milk and egg in bowl. Stir in pecans. Spoon over cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until filling is set. Cool and cut into squares.
