Ingredients
- Whites from 2 large eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Beat egg whites with salt on medium speed. Once mixture begins to turn frothy, gradually add vanilla and sugar. Beat until mixture will peak. Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips. With teaspoon, drop mounds of mixture onto cookie sheet. Place in oven and turn it off. Go to bed and cookies will be ready in the morning.
