Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, including juice and add water to make 1 cup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup minute rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tin bean sprouts
  • 1 tin Chinese noodles

Step 1

Brown ground beef with onions. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup of noodles to sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes, at 375.
