Ingredients
- low fat graham cracker pie crust
- 1 qt. low fat vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 (1.4oz) box fat free, sugar free instant chocolate pudding
- 3 T. chunky peanut butter
- 1C. whipped topping
- a few graham cracker squares, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
1) in a food processor, combine ice cream, pudding mix and peanut butter. blend well
2) add whipped topping and blend briefly
3) pour into pie crust and sprinkle with cracker crumbs
4) freeze until firm. remove 10 minutes before serving
