Apple Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 2-1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1-1/2 cups apple butter

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour in large bowl. Add sugar and oats and mix well. Pour melted butter over mixture and mix well.

Press half of mixture in bottom of 11x7x2 pan. Spread apple butter on top of this and then crumble remaining mixture over top and press down lightly. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into bars
