Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1-2 cups of shredded cheese (marble or cheddar)
- 2 cups of crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup butter

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crush cornflakes in food processor.
Add 1/4 cup butter, melted to flakes and mix until soft and crumbly.
Mix softened cream cheese with 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
Add onion, shredded cheese, and onion.
Add to hashbrowns with 1/4 cup of melted butter.
Place hashbrown mix into casserole dish.
Cover with cornflakes.
Bake in oven for 40 min.
May double recipe for large crowd.
