Ingredients
- 1 6oz package (3 foil wrapped bars) white baking bars, broken up
- ¼ heavy cream
- 1 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup confectioner sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine over hot (not boiling) water, white baking bars and cream; stir until baking bars are melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large mixer bowl; cool to room temperature
Gradually beat in cold butter and confectioner sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
Buttercream may be made ahead and refrigerated; beat until light and fluffy before using.
