Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 C seasoned croutons
  • 1 1/2 Lb pork sausage
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 2 1/4 C milk
  • 1 Cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz can mushrooms drained
  • 3/4 t dry mustard
  • 2 C - 8oz cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spread croutons in greased 13X9 baking dish. Cook sausage til browned, stirring to crumble; drain. Sprinkle over croutons. Combine eggs, milk, soup, mushrooms & mustard, mix well & pour over sausage. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Let stand 30 minutes in a.m. Bake 325 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top bake 5 more minutes.
