Scalloped Potatoes

  • 2 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • salt/pepper


Cooking time 90mins


Step 1

Arrange potatoes (4 layers) in a greased 2 qt. casserole, sprinkling each of the first 3 layers with 1 T flour, salt/pepper, and butter. Sprinkle top layer with remaining butter. Heat milk and pour over potatoes. Cover and back 30 minutes at 350 degrees; uncover and bake 1 hour more.
