Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 chicken breasts, skin removed
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the salad dressing and the egg in a bowl. Place the flour in a shallow dish. Coat each piece of chicken with flour, then dip into the egg mixture. Roll each piece in cornflakes. Place in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
