Ingredients
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
- 8 oz. lump crab meat or 2 cans drained lump crab meat
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 pinchs salt
- 16 large white mushrooms, stems removed

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350
spray baking sheet with cooking spray
in a bowl combine all ingredients except mushrooms
spoon equal amts. of crab stuffing into each mushroom cap
plice filling side up on baking sheet
spray fillede mushrooms with coooking spray
bake until mushrooms are tender, about 20 minutes
if desired serve sprinkled with chopped parsley
