Honey Butter

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 1/4 cup honey
• 1 egg yolk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat in electric mixer for ten minutes.

This is also good used as raspberry butter, just add two or three Tlbs. frozen raspberry jam while mixing.
