Diane's Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs mixed greens
  • 2-3 sliced pears
  • pecan halves - baked @ 300 degrees for 10 minutes
  • 8 oz gargonzola cheese
  • golden raisins
  • Dressing;
  • 3T balsamic vinegar
  • 2T red wine vinegar
  • 2T walnut oil
  • 3/4c olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Toss greens with pears, pecans, an cheese.

Putdressing right on before serving. This dressing is too much for just one salad. Put dressing on moderately and adjust to taste.
