Skirt Steak with Sweet & Spicy Dry Rub

Prepare Sweet and Spicy Dry Rub. Rub onto 1 1/2 lb skirt steak, patting to adhere. Let stand 15 minutes or chill, loosely covered, up to 4 hours. Prepare lightly oiled grill for medium heat. Grill steak, turning, about 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp ground coffee
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
