Savory Grilled Potatoes

Great side dish for grilled meats.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp each; salt and pepper
• 3 baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
• 1 large onion, sliced

Step 1

Mix salad dressing and seasonings in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in potatoes and onions to coat. Divide potato mixture evenly among six 12 inch square pieces of aluminum foil. Seal each to form packet. Place foil packets on grill over medium-hot coals. Grill, covered for about 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
