- 2 blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups chopped pecans, divided
Combine cream cheese, green bell pepper, onion, pineapple and 1 cup chopped pecans in a mixing bowl; mix until combined. Shape into a ball and roll in the reserved pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
