Beef - Meat Loaf and Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee French Fried Onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ c French’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 medium potatoes, cut into quarters

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ½ c soup, beef, ½ can onions, egg and Worcestershire thoroughly. In baking pan shape firmly into 8x4” loaf. Place potatoes around meat loaf.

Bake at 350 1 hour. Stir potatoes.

Spoon remaining soup over meat loaf. Bake 25 minutes or until meat loaf is done. Stir potatoes.

Sprinkle remaining onions over meat loaf. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
