Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 1 can Eagle brand milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 pkg. Heath brickle chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake 15 minutes. Combine milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in pecans and chips and spread on top of baked flour mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until browned. Cut into bars.
