Bernice's Salmon Croquettes

  • 2 Lg cans boneless red salmon
  • 1 small onion - grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24oz canola oil


Servings 6
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Mix salmon, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, and seasonings together.
Form mixture into patties (thicker but smaller that hamburgers).
Heat oil to 325 degrees in an electric skillet and fry patties, on each side, until golden.
Drain and cool patties on paper towels.
Serve with ketchup.
