Ingredients
- Sweet and Spicy Picante Chicken
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cupsPace® Picante Sauce or Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 3 tablespoonspacked light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoonDijon-style mustard
- 3 cupshot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Preparation
Step 1
1.Place the chicken into a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Stir the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl. Pour the picante sauce mixture over the chicken.
2.Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with the rice.
