Strawberry Popsicles

I don't want the strawberry season to end without sharing these delicious homemade strawberry popsicles with you. They are very, very healthy, and I do not mind that my daughter eats them whenever she wants. I tried out this mini popsicle silicone baking tin I was sent from Silikomart, and the truth is that I am using it a lot. It is a very versatile baking tin which can be placed in the freezer as well as the oven.
Ingredients
- (12 mini popsicles)
- 500 gr (17.5) strawberries
- 70 gr (5 tbsp) sugar
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Soak the cut strawberries in the sugar and lemon juice. Grind and pour on the popsicle molds. Freeze.
Store the remaining strawberries in the fridge. When the first ones are ready, fill the popsicle molds again and freeze them until you finish with the sweetened strawberry juice.
Enjoy!!!
