  • 2 (8oz) pkgs of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (24oz) container sour cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 (16oz) can refried beans
  • 10 to 12 large tortillas
  • Peas
  • Diced carrots
  • Diced green peppers
  • Chopped Green Onions
  • Niblets sweet corn
  • Finely grated cheddar cheese

Step 1

In a mixer, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. mix in taco seasoning. In the center of each tortilla, put a small strips of refried beans. On the rest of the torilla, spread the sauce, making sure to get to the eges. use a decent amount to make sure all toppings will stick. Sprinkle with toppings and roll up. be sure not to over stuff or they won't roll up. tuck in the edgs and wrap in plastic wrap. refrigerate overnight. Slice before serving and serve with your favorite salsa.
