1 T peanut butter
3 (1/2" thick) slices of banana bread
1/2 large banana sliced
3 T toasted sweetened coconut
1 T honey

Step 1

Spread peanut butter evenly over banana bread; top with banana and coconut. Drizzle with honey. Serve at room temperatue or heat in microwave at HIGH for 10 seconds and serve warm. Garnish, if desired, with fresh fruit.
