Bailey's Irish Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding inside)
  • 1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding or just vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. Bailey's Irish Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan.  (you can buy a can of spray with grease and flour in it)  Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.  Beat 4 min. on high speed, pour into bundt pan.  Bake 45-55min.  Test with a toothpick.  If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done. Let the cake cool and invert onto a plate.  The glaze is made from powdered sugar and Bailey's.  The glaze should be the consistency of thick milk so it drizzles over the cake.
