Roquefort Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Roquefort or Blue cheese
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. ea.) cream cheese, beaten
  • 1 tbs. minced green onion
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs. paprika
  • 2 tbs. brandy
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together (no nuts) and roll into a ball. Chill for at least 1 hour. Roll in nuts.
