Ingredients
- 3 -4 potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can real bacon bits
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cub potatoes. Cook until tender. Drain. Brown onion in oil until tender. Add to potatoes. Add mushroom soup to warm potatoes. Toss lightly to avoid breaking up potatoes too much. Fold in bacon bits. Use a little milk to thin mushroom soup if necessary.
