Ingredients
- 1 lemon or orange cake mix, divided
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. cold butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil

Step 1
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 – 3 tbsp. milk
In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp. cake mix. Brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Set aside. In large bowl, combine pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and remaining cake mix. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into two greased 8 x 4 loaf pans. Sprinkle with pecan mixture. Combine powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over warm bread.
