Bruchetta

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat pita
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato, cut into small pieces
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Basil (leaves or fresh)
  • 1oz feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In mixing bowl, combine olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, salt to taste and basil.
Spread the tomato mixture on the pita and sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake pita in oven at 375F for 10-15 minutes or until pita is crispy.
