Bean Casserole

Ingredients

• 1# ground beef
• 1# bacon - cut into pieces
• 1# sausage links - sliced thinly
• 2 onions
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2tsp cayenne pepper
• 1TBL black pepper
• 3TBL vinegar
• 3TBL dry mustard
• 1C ketchup
• 1c brown sugar
• 1 can pork and beans
• 1 can kidney bean
• 1 can black beans
• 1 can gargonzo beans
• 1 can pinto beans
• 1 c butter beans

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef & bacon drain and add sausage.

Add the sauted onions and garlic.

Mix together the peppers, vinegar, dry mustard ketchup and brown sugar.

Open cans of beans, pour into a large bakin dish, add the burger mixture, spices. Mix well.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
