Gluten Free Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add ingredients to standing mixer.
2. Mix.
3. Let chill in fridge for 1/2 hour.
4. Once chilled, roll into balls.
5. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated. That’s it!
