CORN SPOON BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in 2 quart casserole. Add rest, stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Optional – Add ½ to 1 cup grated longhorn cheese the last 5 minutes.
