  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder



Step 1

Season chicken breasts, poke with fork several times. Place in baking pan and tightly seal with foil, bake at 275 30-40 minutes. Pat dry, add a little oil to pan, sear 3-4 minutes per side. Test to be sure it is registering at 165 degree.
