Chicken Sweet and Sour Stir Fry
- 1 8 oz package of Banquet breast tenders
- 4 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
Prepare tenders as directed on package. In large nonstick skillet, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, sauté vegetables until crisp-tender. Stir in sauce; heat thoroughly. Pour vegetable mixture over hot rice; top with hot tenders.
