  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (14 oz.)
  • 8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz. of diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, spoon into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or pita triangles.
