Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (14 oz.)
- 8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 oz. of diced pimentos, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, spoon into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or pita triangles.
