Pork with cranberry chutney

  • 1.5 lb boneless pork loin
  • 2 red delicious apples
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 TBS brown sugar



Step 1

Preheat oven to 325

Place Pork on rack in a shallow roasting pan, Roast until pork is browned and reached 165

In a medium saucepan, combine apples, cranberries, bbq sauce, sugar, and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring as needed, unitl the cranberries pop and the sauce is slightly thickened about 15 minutes
