Orange Roughy with Pesto

Ingredients

• orange roughy
• olive oil
• pesto
• panko
• lemon zest or slices

Preparation

Step 1

spray fillets with olive oil, and top with pesto. Place in pan on bed of panko. Sprinkle with some panko and top with some lemon zest or slices. Bake 7-10 minutes.
