  • 1 can white shoe peg corn
  • 1 can red pinto beans
  • 1 can black eye peas
  • 1 jar red pimentos
  • (drain all of the above)
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2/4 to 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar


Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Mix chopped vegetables together with canned items.

Bring oil, sugar, vinegar to almost boil so sugar is dissolved. Pour over mixture, cover, and refrigerate. Drain liquid off to serve. Serve with Fritos.
