Step 1
Carefully place desired number of uncooked eggs in a large saucepan and add cold water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to a rolling boil. Cover pan; remove fromm heat. Let stand 12 minutes, then drain and rinse under cool water. You can keep eggs unpeeled in refrigerator up to 4 days. Peel under running water.
