- 1/4 C FINE CHOPPED ONION
- 1/2 C FINE CHOPPED CELERY
- 2 T BUTTER
- 1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 C CHICKEN SOUP
- 2 T CORN STARCH
- 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
- 1 T SOY SAUCE
- 2 C CHICKEN, CUBED
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- OPTIONAL 1/2 C TOASTED ALMONDS

COOK ONION, CELERY & BUTTER UNTIL TENDER (10 TO 12 MIN)
STIR IN BOTH SOUPS & BRING TO BOILING POINT.
STIR IN REST OF INGREDIENTS. COOK ON LOW HEAT UNTIL THICK.
