Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh fish fillets
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- Paprika
- 1 lemon sliced
- Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Place fish in oven proof dish.
Melt butter and add lemon to butter.
Pour lemon butter over fish. Splash a few drops of water on top of it. Sprinkle with paprika.
Broil for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and its color is milky white.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
