Ingredients

  • 2 qts. whole milk

  • 1/2 cup long grain rice

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • cinammon

Directions

Combine milk and sugar and bring to boil, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. Return to medium heat, adding rice. Stir constantly and bring back to boil. Reduce to simmer for 20 min stirring often. Beat eggs until thick. Add some of rice mixture to egg to cook the eggs. Retun back to pot, keep on low heat, and stir until it boils. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and add cinimmon.
