Cranberry Orange Scones

Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- /4 c sugar
- 2 T baking powder
- 2 t salt
- 2 t orange zest
- 3 sticks cold butter, diced
- 4 extra large eggs
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and orange zest. Add cold butter adn mix to pea size. Combine eggs, cream and slowly pour into dry mix. Blend. Dough will look lumpy. Combine berries and 1/4 c flour and then add to dough. Knead to ball and then roll out to 1 inch. Cut with biscuit cutter and brush with egg wash. Bake 20 minutes.
